We are here for you – guiding you forward

Living in a new country brings many challenges. Not everyone easily finds their way around how offices, schools, healthcare, or the labor market work in the Czech Republic.

That’s why we are here – to help you find the right path and handle everyday situations with more confidence.

We assist foreigners in navigating public services, understanding Czech society, and managing practical matters of daily life.

We provide support to socially vulnerable individuals to solve their problems and help young people to “stand on their own feet”!

Whether you need help filling out important documents, enrolling a child in kindergarten, finding a job, obtaining health insurance, or simply understanding a letter from an office — don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

Together, we look for solutions to every situation, offer practical support, clear information, and a human approach. Our services are free and confidential.

Not sure where to start? Contact us. We will manage it together. Schedule a consultation

Mgr. Iryna Zarudna is a qualified social worker and holds a university degree in Law. Her foreign education was officially recognized in the Czech Republic as a Master’s degree in the field of “Law,” in accordance with Czech legislation on the recognition of foreign higher education.

She comes from Kharkiv, Ukraine, a city severely affected by war. She has lived in the Czech Republic since 2022 and has personally undergone the challenging process of adapting to a new environment. This personal experience allows her to deeply understand the challenges and uncertainties faced by people in similar situations.

Iryna is a member of the Ukrainian Bar Association and has long been involved in supporting Ukrainian refugees. Since arriving in the Czech Republic, she has actively participated in integration and humanitarian projects, serving as support for individuals and families seeking a better life.

At Navigo Praha z.s., she provides social counseling, helps clients navigate the legal and social systems, communicates with authorities and institutions, and most importantly – listens. Iryna combines professional expertise with empathy drawn from her own life story.

Clients appreciate her calm, open approach and her ability to listen without judgment. Her goal is to create a confidential space where people can safely share their concerns, organize their thoughts, and find concrete steps to resolve their situation.

“I believe that even one honest conversation can change a lot. I strive to be not only a professional but also a person you can trust and turn to.”

Mgr. Maria Steinerová graduated from Charles University with a degree in Social Pedagogy. She gained practical experience as a social worker at the Acorus asylum house, where she also helped women experiencing domestic violence.

“Helping people in difficult times is not just a profession for me but a deep life mission. I believe no one should be alone in their hardest moments.”

This belief led her to professional social work and counseling. Throughout her career, she has worked with a wide range of clients — from victims of domestic violence to refugees and children with special educational needs. She helped refugees orient themselves in a new environment, provided leisure activities, and supported their integration. At a secondary school, she worked with children needing help with social skills and adapting to a group.

Thanks to her personal experience with migration, she understands the fears and challenges that come with starting anew in a foreign country.

At Navigo Praha z.s., she offers expert support in difficult life situations — from acute crisis intervention, orientation in the social system, to long-term accompaniment through life changes. Together with clients, she creates a confidential and safe space to identify priorities, organize thoughts, and find concrete steps or accessible services that can truly help. She helps create a realistic plan based on the client’s needs and life direction. Her approach is based on respect and trust.

Maria supports the independence and responsibility of each individual. She believes everyone has the inner strength and potential to find their own path and solutions that truly suit them. Her work is grounded in mutual respect, empathy, and professionalism.
